Shawn Berkowitz, MD

Dr. Berkowitz is board-certifed in Family Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at United Health Services Hospitals in Johnson City, NY. Dr. Berkowitz received his medical degree from St George’s University School of Medicine in Grenada, West Indes.
Dr. Berkowitz has clinical interests in the following areas: Holistic Health and Wellness, Adult and Geriatric Medicine, Pediatric Care, and Behavioral Health and Wellness. He describes his care philosophy as “Every person I see in the office is the most important person in that moment and is the expert in their own understanding of their health. Taking the time to listen and understand is key to helping to create the right treatment plan.”
Deirdre Connolly, MD
Family Medicine
Dr. Connolly is board-certifed in Family Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Rush University at St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago, IL. Dr. Connolly received her medical degree from Rush University in Chicago, IL.
Dr. Connolly has clinical interests in Adolescent Health, Women’s Health and Geriatrics.
Holly Powderly, NP
Family Medicine
Holly received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emmanuel College, Boston and her Masters in Nursing from Regis College, Weston MA. Holly is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has been working in Family Medicine since 2009.
Holly has clinical interests in chronic disease management and prevention. She also has interests in Adolescent health and wellness through lifestyle balance. She enjoys engaging with a younger population to help teach them alternative modalities to manage stress-related illness. When not in the office, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and sporting events.
Lindsey Cucchiara, NP
Family Medicine
Lindsey received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Curry College in Milton, Ma and her Masters in Nursing from Rivier University in Nashua, NH. Lindsey is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in Family Medicine.
Lindsey has a clinical interest in chronic disease management and women’s health. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family.
